Price
Price refer to Warehouse FOB (Freight On Board) or CIF (Cost Insurance Freight) price

Payment
Buyer give deposit payment, that is 50% of the total agreed order/sales contract value, as a sign a contract when they agreed to order one or some products.  (for wholesale business)
The balance payment must be paid before the stuffs will be delivered to cargo.  Buyer will be receiving a delivery notice.
Except stuff is already in stock, buyer has to pay by money transfer before deliver to cargo for shipment.
For special order and own design, Company will send the picture of the final workmanship to customer by email.  Approval of Customer is required before it is sent.

Shipment
The cargo will be shipped in container
Partial shipment is allowed

Inspection
Inspection of quality shall be done according to buyer request to association, which preferred.  All additional charge thereby incurred shall be borne by the buyer and shall be added to the invoice amount.

Force Majeur
Should shipment and/or delivery of all or part the merchandise be prevented or delayed by prohibition of exportation, suspension of issuance of export license or other government restrictions, act of God, war blockade, revolution, insurrection, mobilizations, strikes, lock out, civil commotions, riots, plague, or other epidemics, destruction of the goods by fire, typhoon, flood or due to any other cause of causes beyond the control of the seller, the contract shall be void to the extent of such portion, the shipment of delivery of which is still so prevented.

Claim
Any claim by the buyer arising under this contract shall be made by cable/fax within 2 weeks after arrival of the merchandise at the destination specified in the bills of lading.  Any dispute of difference arising our or relating to this contract, or the breach there of shall be settled amicable as far as possible by direct negotiation, but in case of failure the matter shall be referred to and settled by arbitration that pointed by the both party.  The award shall be final and binding on the both parties.  Claim can be process in the destination.
